DESCRIPTION:<p><em>Bring your holiday cheer and join us for this family-friendly event!</em> </p><p>The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony is on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Regal Cinema Plaza in downtown Oceanside (401 Mission Avenue).&nbsp; Join the holiday spirit and take a picture with Santa, make holiday crafts, enjoy dance performances and free milk and cookies (while supplies last).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>4:30 p.m.: Local dance groups perform</p><p>5:00 p.m.: Craft booth offered and  activities begin</p><p>5:45-6:00 p.m.: Santa Claus arrives in an antique fire truck and the countdown to the tree lighting begins</p><p>6:00-8:00 p.m.: Bring your camera and take a photo with Santa Claus and enjoy the Sunset Market</p><p><span style="font-size: 1.25rem;">Free parking at Oceanside Transit Center garage, Oceanside Civic Center Garage, and low-cost parking ($3 for two hours or $5 for all day) at 371 N.
