By enrolling in Automatic Payment Service, your utility bill is automatically paid from your credit/debit card or checking account on the date your invoice is due…and it’s free! This provides plenty of time to review your statement before it is paid in case you have any billing questions. In order to set up Recurring Scheduled Payments, please register at https://oceanside.watersmart.com/.   Once registered, an email containing a verification link will be emailed to you.  Click on the verification link to activate your online account.

1. Once logged into WaterSmart, click on the Billing dropdown menu and select Payment.
2. Under the Payment menu, select Payment Options and enter your preferred payment method.
3. Once your payment method has been added, select AutoPay under the Payment menu.
4. Complete the AutoPay registration, agree to the Terms and Conditions and save your changes.
