The Planning Division has revised the General Entitlement Application submittal process effective March 3, 2025.  Entitlement applications will be accepted and processed on a bi-monthly basis during established submittal windows.  Applicants must submit a complete application and pay required fees for their application to be considered during an available submittal window.  For more information, please contact Planning Staff.

Application Submittal Calendar

Application submittal windows close on the first and third Mondays of the month.  Application distribution will occur on the second and fourth Mondays of the month.
